Food Backpacks for Kids
If you are interested in donating food, please see this list of items kept in inventory at all times. They do accept all non-perishable food items, and welcome support from any community member in food or cash donations.
FOOD BACKPACKS 4 KIDS exists to maintain an association of volunteers interested in meeting nutritional and food needs in our community, and is an endeavor of the Peninsula Communities of Faith in partnership with Evergreen, Harbor Heights, Minter Creek, Discovery, Voyager and Vaughn Elementary Schools. Homeless High School students are also provided food at Henderson Bay and Peninsula. We hope to include additional schools over time.
